Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and anyone  who accesses/uses the site.

You are responsible for any and all activity on your account and transactions relating to your account.  You should notify us immediately if there is any breach in security regarding your account with us or any unauthorized use of your account with us.

We do not save any personal details provided by you. We will not be held responsible in any way for your correct or incorrect usage of the website or the details you provide when ordering products or the details you provide. 

You agree to abide by ALL applicable laws and regulations regarding usage of our site, our details and imagery and agree not to copy or take any details from our site without seeking permission first.

The price listed on our shop website is the price you will be charged when ordering. We reserve the right to make adjustments to any prices – special offers, price increases due to supplier increases or taxes, etc. 

We aim to deliver the products to you in Ireland within 3-5working days of your order, overseas make take longer but this is out of our control. Occasionally there may be other delays in the delivery  system beyond our control. If after 14 working days of your order you haven’t received your product you may contact us and refuse to accept the products, in which case we will refund your money – less shipping costs. We will not be held responsible for any other expenses, costs, damages the may occur. 

Upon delivery you will become solely responsible for the products.

We are happy to change/refund (excluding shipping costs) any product within 7 days of order if you contact us before shipping or return the products unopened / undamaged within 7days. Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

While we aim to keep all product specifications and descriptions up to date and accurate it may not be possible at all times. It should be noted descriptions are approximate. If you have any concerns about using such products you should seek medical advice. While we provide you with the descriptions provided to us we will not be held responsible for the results achieved by such a product. 

We reserve the right to change and update our Terms & Conditions at any time. 

We reserve the right to terminate this website at any time at our sole discretion.
